SF-U-SMDJJ5060 both ends chamfering machine, it is special
chamfering machine for small size sliding bearings, which used for
bushing ends cutting and chamfering. The machine including frame,
left right and right slipways, left right and right driving head,
feeding system, clamp system, hydraulic system, PLC controller,
shake feeding plate and slideway etc. This machine is able to
machining bushing with ID from 25mm to 50mm, chamfering on both
ends at the same time. By this way, the bushing length tolerance
range can be controlled within 0.1mm, and with good uniformity,
bushing quality is much better than which made by manual. The
machines can work automatically, one machine can chamfer about 8000
pcs bushings every 8 hours, the high production efficiency helps to
reduce production cost.
